On October 28th, Tianjin JOlNT OPTlC Technology Co., Ltd. showcased its new ZipBank series of products at the 2025 Safety Expo. At the exhibition site, Juxin Guanghe set up a comprehensive demonstration system that included 24 cameras from different brands. The video signals from these cameras were fed into the ZipBank intelligent computing compression switches and intelligent video gateways, as well as the original output devices. The compression effects were displayed in real time on high-definition screens for comparison. The ability to integrate videos from multiple sources and present them in various scenarios attracted a large number of visitors who stopped to experience the products firsthand.

Many visitors to the exhibition expressed their amazement after carefully comparing the images. In traditional compression methods, high levels of compression often result in a decrease in image quality and frame rate. In scenarios in the security industry where strict requirements are placed on image details and feature recognition, the traditional approach of using larger hard drives and higher bandwidths has been necessary in order to meet the increasingly stringent regulations regarding video storage and retention periods.

The ZipBank series of products offers a completely new approach to solving these problems. These chips enable real-time compression with a factor of up to 10, while simultaneously preserving the video’s resolution, frame rate, feature points, duration, and encoding standards.
